How do we intend to carry on?

Building a Music Promotional Package was the assignment I decided to take on for my Media Studies A2 year. This complex project entails creating three crucial elements to boost the marketing campaigns associated with record releases. These elements have been carefully crafted to handle different facets of media involvement and representation.

The main goal of this project is to design an album launch promotion package that is both appealing and effective. This includes making a music video, which is a very important undertaking in the context of contemporary music promotion. The video will be a powerful and unforgettable visual depiction of the song, acting as both an artistic expression and a carefully considered piece of content that speaks to the intended audience.

My responsibilities will also include making an official social media presence for the band or artist in addition to the music video. This component recognizes the critical role social media plays in modern music marketing and strives to create a digital presence that encourages engagement, direct communication with fans, and the development of a feeling of community around the offered musical identity.

Another aspect of the all-encompassing marketing plan is the creation and manufacturing of a digipak for the album's release. As a tangible representation of the musical content, the digipak extends the artistic story both visually and tactilely in addition to acting as a container for the audio. This small work will improve the record packaging's overall aesthetic appeal by carefully considering the layout, thematic coherence, and design aspects.
